We built CampusLu because schools in Pakistan deserve better software
Most school management software available in Pakistan is either too expensive, too complicated, or not designed for how Pakistani schools actually work. CampusLu is our attempt to fix that.
Our Story
CampusLu started with a simple observation: the vice-principal of a mid-sized school in Lahore was spending her first hour every morning on the phone — calling teachers to find substitutes for absent colleagues, updating an Excel sheet, and then printing and distributing updated timetables by hand.
That problem — and dozens like it — are solvable with the right software. But the solutions that existed were either enterprise tools built for large international school chains, or generic ERP systems that required months of customization.
We built CampusLu from the ground up for the private school sector in Pakistan: small to medium schools with 200–2,000 students, a modest admin team, and no dedicated IT staff. Every feature is the result of conversations with real principals, teachers, and parents across Pakistan.
What we stand for
Built for Pakistan
Every feature in CampusLu was designed with the specific realities of Pakistani schools in mind — from the SNC curriculum to Urdu language support, fee structures, and school operating hours.
Simplicity First
School administrators are busy. We believe software should reduce your workload, not add to it. CampusLu is designed so that any admin can be fully operational within a day, without any IT background.
Affordable for All
Quality school management software should not be reserved for elite institutions. Our pricing is designed so that even small, private schools in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities of Pakistan can afford to go digital.
